The privacy policy is the Pokhara Avengers store's record of personal details it keeps when someone uses the shop.
The shop is the official merchandise and membership store at store.pokharaavengers.com. Thuprai is its official e-commerce partner and runs it. Contact is support@thuprai.com. This page was last checked in October 2026.
Details the shop keeps
An account stores a name and an email address. A buyer can add a phone number and a profile photo. Sign-in is by email link.
An order stores the delivery address and what was bought. Memberships store the plan, dates, and the name and photo on the digital card.
Payment at checkout goes through Thuprai Pay or Stripe, depending on the method chosen. The shop keeps payment status. It does not store full card numbers.
The live site also sends page-use data to Google Analytics.
Why those details are kept
The shop uses them to create the account, send the sign-in link, fulfill the order, and run the membership card. Analytics is used to see which pages on the live site are used.
Who else sees them
The store runs on Cloudflare. Order and account mail is sent through the shop's mail provider. The chosen payment provider sees what it needs to take payment. Google Analytics sees the page-use data on the live site.
The shop does not sell these details.
How long they stay
Account details stay while the account exists. Order and membership records stay as long as the shop needs them to fulfill, support, or keep a record of the purchase.
Asking about stored details
Email support@thuprai.com to ask what the shop holds, to correct it, or to close an account. The shop updates this page when the practices above change.
