Terms and conditions
These terms are the rules for using the official Pokhara Avengers store.
The shop sells merchandise and memberships at store.pokharaavengers.com. Thuprai is its official e-commerce partner and runs it. Contact is support@thuprai.com. This page was last checked in October 2026.
The shop
Listings, prices, and stock are as shown at checkout. Delivery is offered across Nepal. Product pages and the cart state whether an item ships or is digital.
Accounts
An account is opened with a name and email address. Sign-in is by email link. The buyer is responsible for that inbox and for keeping the account details accurate.
Orders and payment
An order is placed when checkout completes. Payment is taken by the method chosen there: Thuprai Pay, Stripe, or pay later, when that method is offered.
The shop can refuse or cancel an order when stock, payment, or fraud checks fail. A membership starts once payment is confirmed, as the product page states.
Memberships
A membership is a digital card for a named plan. A person holds one plan per program at a time. The card shows the member name and photo the buyer added.
Acceptable use
Use the shop for lawful purchases. Do not attack the site, scrape it at volume, or use another person's account.
Changes
The shop can change these terms and the privacy policy when the store's practices change. The updated page applies from the date on it. Email support@thuprai.com with questions about an order or an account.
